Neal Froneman was appointed executive director and CEO of Sibanye-Stillwater on 1 January 2013. His career in technical, operations management and corporate development positions spans more than 30 years during which time he worked at Gold Fields of South Africa Limited, Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (Harmony) and JCI Limited. In April 2003, Neal was appointed CEO of Aflease Gold Limited (Aflease Gold), which, through a series of reverse take-overs, became Gold One International Limited (Gold One) in May 2009. He was primarily responsible for the creation of Uranium One Incorporated (Uranium One) from the Aflease Gold uranium assets.
During this period, he was CEO of Aflease Gold and Uranium One until his resignation from Uranium One in February 2008. He held the CEO position at Gold One until his appointment at Sibanye-Stillwater. He is also a non-executive director of 17 Perissa Proprietary Limited, Delview Three Proprietary Limited, Forestry Services Proprietary Limited and Ultimate Marine Ventures Limited. In May 2016, he was elected to serve as a Vice President of the Minerals Council South Africa.

Boipelo joined Harmony on 1 June 2017 as chief financial officer. She is a chartered accountant (SA) by profession with extensive experience in group financial management and reporting within the mining industry. Her previous roles include that of chief financial officer of Atlatsa Resources Corporation and financial manager of Northam Platinum Limited. She served as an independent non-executive director of Trans Hex Group Limited from August 2013 until March 2017 and currently serves as an independent non-executive director on the boards of African Rainbow Capital Proprietary Limited and UBI General Partner Proprietary Limited, where she was appointed on 7 June 2018. She also serves as a trustee of the Harmony group environmental trust funds.

Mr. Nazimok joined Polymetal in 2011 as Chief Financial Controller and was promoted to Finance Director in 2015. Maxim started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He then worked at MDM Bank and Nomos Bank, both among top-5 Russian privately-owned commercial banks. Mr. Nazimok holds a BA degree in Economics from St. Petersburg State University and is a Fellow member of ACCA. In 2016, Maxim graduated with distinction from the Executive MBA-Global Programme at London Business School and Columbia Business School.

Mr Denis Alexandrov was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Petropavlovsk PLC and as an Executive Director on 1 December 2020.

Mr Alexandrov is a highly experienced executive in mining and natural resources, including the Russian gold sector, and has a strong track record of delivering operational excellence and superior shareholder returns. From January 2016 through November 2020, Mr Alexandrov was Chief Executive Officer of Highland Gold Mining Limited, a top 10 Russian gold producer and developer with exploration assets.

Prior to joining Highland Gold, Mr Alexandrov held a series of senior positions and board roles at mining and natural resources companies, including as CEO and Director of Auriant Mining AB, a Swedish company focused on gold production in Russia, and as Managing Director at A1 Investment Company and Chief Financial Officer at Arlan Investment Company, both of which had substantial holdings in the mining industry.

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. He is also a Director of the World Gold Council. Mr. McCluskey was the recipient of the 2018 Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration. This award recognized Mr. McCluskey’s role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Scott joined Centerra Gold as Chief Executive Officer in November 2015 and in January 2018 assumed the title of President. He has over 23 years of international mining experience. Prior to joining Centerra, he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer & Director of AuRico Gold. Before that, Scott acted as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of AuRico Gold. Prior to joining AuRico Gold, Scott held increasingly senior financial roles with Barrick Gold in Australia, the United States, and Russia & Central Asia. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University, a post-graduate diploma in applied finance and investment, as well as a CPA designation.

Mr. Racine joined Yamana in May 2014 and in August 2018 he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. From August 2012 until March 2014, Mr. Racine was President and Chief Operating Officer of Brigus Gold Corp. Prior to joining Brigus, Mr. Racine was Senior Vice President, Mining of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited where he was responsible for Agnico-Eagle's global mining operations. Mr. Racine joined Agnico-Eagle as a junior Mining Engineer in 1988 taking on progressively senior roles throughout his tenure, including LaRonde Mine Manager, Vice-President Operations Manager, and Senior Vice President Operations. Mr. Racine holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree from Laval University. He is a registered engineer with L'Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec, a professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.

Anthony (Tony) Makuch holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours Applied Earth Sciences) from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, and both a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen´s University in Ontario. He is a professional engineer (Ontario) with over 35 years of management, operations and technical experience in the mining industry, having managed numerous projects in Canada and the United States from advanced exploration through production.

Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kinross Gold on August 1, 2012. He first joined the company as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. Under Paul’s leadership of Kinross, the Company has met or exceeded operational guidance for the past nine years, strengthened its balance sheet, and achieved one the best safety records in the industry.
Paul started his career working as an exploration geologist. Paul joined Kinross after a long career in investment banking, most recently as the Deputy Head of Investment Banking at Scotia Capital. During his time with Scotia, he was responsible for the mining, power/utilities, forestry and industrial sectors. Paul has an Honours BSc in Geology from Laurentian University and a MEng in Mining from McGill University.

Ammar Al-Joundi was appointed President of Agnico Eagle on April 6, 2015. Having also served previously as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.

Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer who graduated (with distinction) from the University of Toronto in Mechanical Engineering and has an MBA (with honours) from the University of Western Ontario.

Paul Brink is President & CEO and a director of Franco-Nevada. He has been with Franco-Nevada since its IPO in 2007. He served as President & Chief Operating Officer from May 2018 to May 2020 and prior to that, successfully led Franco-Nevada’s business development activities as SVP Business Development. He previously had roles in corporate development at Newmont, investment banking at BMO Nesbitt Burns and project financing at UBS. Mr. Brink holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Oxford University.

Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Smallwood was involved in the founding of Wheaton Precious Metals and in 2007, he joined Wheaton full time as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, primarily focusing on growing the Company through the evaluation and acquisition of streaming opportunities. In January 2010, he was appointed President, and in April 2011, he was appointed Wheaton’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Smallwood originally started as an exploration geologist with Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., and in 2001, was promoted to Director of Project Development, his role through its 2005 merger with Goldcorp. Before joining the original Wheaton River group in 1993, Mr. Smallwood also worked with Homestake Mining Company, Teck Corp. and Westmin Resources. Mr. Smallwood was an instrumental part of the team that built Wheaton River / Goldcorp into one of the largest, and more importantly, most profitable gold companies in the world, and he is now focused on continuing to add to the impressive growth profile of Wheaton. Mr. Smallwood has served on the board of Defiance Silver Corp. (formerly ValOro Resources Inc. and Geologix Explorations Inc.) since 2005. Mr. Smallwood formerly served on the board of Ventana Gold from 2008 to 2011, Castle Peak Resources from 2010 to 2012, and Tigray Resources Inc. from 2011 to May 2014. Mr. Smallwood is also the chair of the World Gold Council, chairman of the board for Special Olympics BC, and a member of the boards of MineralsEd BC and Mining4Life, and previously on the board of the BC Cancer Foundation. In 2015, Mr. Smallwood received the British Columbia Institute of Technology Distinguished Alumni Award, and in 2019, he received Business in Vancouver’s BC CEO of the Year Award in the enterprise category.

Mr. Breeze has 20 years of technical and commercial experience across international markets.

Before joining Royal Gold in 2019, Mr. Breeze worked for Bank of Montreal from 2010 to 2018, serving most recently as Managing Director, Equities for BMO Capital Markets, based in Zürich, Switzerland. He was focused primarily on the mining sector and developed strong relationships with a range of global mining participants and management teams. Before Bank of Montreal, Mr. Breeze served at UBS Investment Bank with assignments in Paris, London, and Toronto, as part of the Equities Group, working extensively with North American and European mining companies across the commodity spectrum.

Prior to his banking career, Mr. Breeze gained global mining, construction, and project management experience with Golder Associates as a member of its geotechnical/mining team.

Mr. Breeze holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba, graduate degrees in Engineering (M.Eng.) and Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto, and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).

Sandeep Singh joined Osisko as President in January 2020. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2020. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker in the metals and mining industry where he advised numerous mining companies on growth and financing strategies with Maxit Capital (2014-2020), Dundee Securities (2010?2014) and BMO Capital Markets (2005-2010). As co-founder of Maxit Capital, he was instrumental in building an independent and highly successful advisory firm which acted on some of the most complex and value-enhancing transactions in the mining sector.
Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Oxford University.

Christian Milau has been the CEO of Equinox Gold since August 2016, leading the team through three mergers and an asset acquisition and growing the company from a single-asset developer to a multi-asset producer in just two years. Prior to joining Equinox Gold, Christian was the CEO of True Gold until it was acquired by Endeavour Mining for approximately $240 million in April 2016. Prior to True Gold, Christian held senior positions at Endeavour Mining, New Gold, BNP Paribas in London, and Deloitte. Christian brings more than 20 years of experience to the company with expertise in finance and capital markets as well as operational, government and stakeholder relations experience. Christian is currently a director of Northern Dynasty and Plateau Energy Metals.

Sébastien de Montessus is CEO of Endeavour Mining. Under his leadership, he has introduced key strategic objectives that have created a sustainable business that generates long term cash flow.

Previously, Sébastien served as the CEO of the La Mancha Group for four years between 2012 and 2016. Under his leadership, La Mancha doubled its production through optimization efforts before undergoing a significant portfolio restructuring. Prior to this, Sébastien was a member of the Executive Board and Group Deputy CEO of AREVA Group, a leading nuclear energy company and CEO of AREVA Mining, which focused on uranium assets. He has also served as a Board member of Evolution Mining (2015 - 2018) and ERAMET (2010 - 2012).

Before joining AREVA in 2002, Sébastien was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London specializing in M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Sébastien is a business graduate from ESCP-Europe Business School in Paris.

Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004, and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and CEO in 2016. Mr. Steinmann has over 25 years of experience in the base and precious metals industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science (Geology) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Zurich, and a Degree in Corporate Finance from Escuela Superior de Administraci?n y Negocios, Lima. Mr. Steinmann has extensive experience throughout South America in mine operations and project development, having participated in numerous mine construction projects from exploration and feasibility studies, through start-up and into continuous operation. He is also experienced in corporate M&A and associated capital market financings, as well as numerous other exploration and business development initiatives. Mr. Steinmann is currently the President of the Silver Institute, a non-profit international industry association that aims to increase public understanding of the many uses and values of silver.

He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publically traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Finance in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Phil is President and CEO of Hecla Mining Company. During his 19 years with Hecla, the 129-year-old Company has transformed into one with long-lived, low-cost mines, large land positions in North America. Today’s focus is innovations in mining and adopting digital age technologies to improve safety and productivity while reducing environmental impacts.

Mr. Paspalas joined MAG on October 15, 2013. Formerly Mr. Paspalas was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines; Chief Operating Officer, Silver Standard Resources Inc.; Executive Vice-President and Senior Vice President, Projects - Technical Development, Placer Dome Inc.; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa. During his career, Mr. Paspalas has been responsible for constructing and operating complex open-pit and underground mines in South Africa, Tanzania, Australia, South America and Canada. Mr. Paspalas earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales in 1984. Mr. Paspalas is also a Director of Pretivm Resources Inc.

Jorge A. Ganoza is a geological engineer with over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining and business development throughout Latin America. He is a graduate from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Jorge is a fourth generation miner from a Peruvian family that has owned and operated underground gold, silver and polymetallic mines in Peru and Panama.

Before co-founding Fortuna back in 2004 he was involved in business development at senior levels for several private and public Canadian junior mining companies working in Central and South America. Director of Ferreycorp S.A.A..

Bradford Cooke is a professional geologist and entrepreneur with 43 years of experience in the mining industry. He has specialized in the formation, management and financing of exploration and mining companies and the acquisition, exploration, development and mining of mineral properties. Mr. Cooke founded Endeavour Silver Corp. in 2003 for the purpose of acquiring high-grade silver-gold projects in Mexico. Since that time, the Company has acquired, rebuilt and expanded four silver-gold mines in Mexico, and made a new discovery with the potential to become Endeavour’s fifth mine.

Mr. Cooke began his career as project geologist in 1976 managing mineral exploration programs for uranium, base metals and precious metals across Canada with Noranda Mines, Shell Minerals and Chevron Minerals. He later owned and operated Cooke Geological Consultants Ltd., discovering several high grade gold vein deposits for clients in British Columbia from 1983 to 1987. In 1988, Mr. Cooke launched Canarc Resource Corp., a junior gold exploration and mining company focused on exploring and developing prospective gold properties in the Americas. Canarc successfully delineated a 1.15 million oz gold resource at its core asset, the New Polaris gold mine project in British Columbia.

Mr. Cooke received a B.Sc. Geology degree (Honours) from Queens University in 1976 and a M.Sc. Geology degree from the University of British Columbia in 1984. He is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, The Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, The Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, the Association of Mineral Exploration in BC, and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada.

Lon Shaver has over 25 years of capital markets and corporate finance experience, mainly focused on the mining sector. He held investment banking roles with Raymond James and Merrill Lynch, assisting corporate issuers with numerous financing and M&A transactions. He began his career in equity research with an institutional sell-side firmand his previous corporate experience includes CFO roles with a publicly-listed mining company and a private technology company. Most recently, he acted as a consultant and advisor, providing corporate development and capital markets support to a number of companies in the resource sector. He has a B.Comm. degree, with a major in finance,and is a CFA charterholder.

Peter Kukielski was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in January, 2020 after serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer since July 2019. Peter has more than 30 years of extensive global experience within the base metals, precious metals and bulk materials sectors, having overseen operations across the globe for companies. Most recently, Mr. Kukielski was President and Chief Executive Officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd. from May 2017 until the acquisition of Nevsun in December 2018. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Kukielski was Chief Executive Officer of Anemka Resources, a private company backed by Warburg Pincus formed to invest in global mining assets. From 2008 to 2013, he was the Chief Executive, Mining for ArcelorMittal, responsible for 27 operating mines and three major development projects, distributed within 12 countries. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Kukielski was the Chief Operating Officer of Teck Resources, responsible for the copper, zinc, gold and the metallurgical coal operations and projects, in addition to overseeing the commercial function. From 2001 to 2006, he was with Falconbridge (originally Noranda) in senior roles, latterly including Chief Operating Officer, and in years prior he had various increasingly senior roles with other major mining companies, including direct experiences in engineering, commissioning and operating significant mines in a wide variety of international jurisdictions.

George Burns joined Eldorado on February 1, 2017 and assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer on April 28, 2017. Prior to joining us, George was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Goldcorp. He also held the Goldcorp positions of Senior Vice President, Mexican Operations and Vice President, Canada and United States respectively. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Centerra Gold Inc.
George has over 30 years of experience in the mineral sector including executive, operations, development and engineering leadership roles in gold, copper and coal operations. George has served in various capacities for Asarco LLC including Vice President of Mining as well as numerous capacities for Cyprus Minerals Corporation. He began his career with Anaconda Company in 1978.

Rodney Antal was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of SSR Mining in September 2020. Rodney had served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alacer Gold since August 2013. Previously, he was Alacer’s Chief Financial Officer. Rodney has more than 25 years of global mining experience in mineral and metal businesses, including precious metals. His experience includes both corporate and operational mine site roles. Rodney began his mining career working for Placer Dome in Papua New Guinea. He then spent 15 years within the Rio Tinto Group where he held various senior management positions, including Global Head of Shared Services and Chief Financial Officer of Rio Tinto Minerals’ global business.

Laurel Sayer, based in Boise, Idaho has served as President and CEO of Perpetua Resources, since 2016. Before her appointment as CEO, Ms. Sayer served on the Perpetua Resources Corp. Board for two years. Prior to her appointment to the Perpetua Resources Board, she worked as the executive director of the Idaho Coalition of Land Trusts (ICLT), which is dedicated to supporting and advancing private land conservation in Idaho. Ms. Sayer also spent more than two decades working on policy matters with Idaho Congressman Mike Simpson and Idaho United States Senator Mike Crapo, with an emphasis on natural resource issues.

Gordon Stothart originally joined IAMGOLD at the end of 2007 as COO, moving to the position of President & CEO as of March 1st, 2020, bringing over 30 years of mining industry experience to the role. Prior to IAMGOLD, Gord worked in the Noranda-Falconbridge-Xstrata organization for 21 years in a number of operational, project, business development and management roles, including spending nearly 10 years in South America on large copper operations. Mr. Stothart graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1987 with a Double Major in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering and later completed a Falconbridge-sponsored Executive Development Program at the Universidad Católica de Santiago in Chile. Gord is also involved in several industry associations and is currently the Chairman of the Mining Association of Canada (MAC). Gord is also the current Chairman of the non-profit St. Elizabeth Foundation with a current focus on end-of-life care and in-community healthcare training and service partnerships with several First Nations and Inuit communities in Canada.

Greg is President and Chief Executive Officer of NOVAGOLD and has been since January 2012. Mr. Lang has more than 35 years of diverse experience in mine operations, project development, and evaluations. Prior to joining, he was President of Barrick Gold North America and Managing Director of Barrick Gold Australia. Mr. Lang has held progressively responsible operating and project development positions over his career at Homestake Mining Company and International Corona Corporation, both of which are now part of Barrick. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla and is a Graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.

Mr. Turner is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. He was formerly the Senior Vice President of
Precious Metals Equity Research at GMP Securities for seven years following his experience in industy as a mining
engineer with Wardrop Engineering. Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen's
University and is a CFA charterholder.

Ms. Brown is a mining industry professional with over 25 years of experience in the mining and financial sectors. She has been an Independent Director of Superior Gold since 2017, prior to her appointment as Interim CEO. Ms. Brown has also been a Non-Executive Director for Lundin Gold Inc. and Eastmain Resources Inc. Her career includes being Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development (Americas) for Newcrest Mining, Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Primero Mining Corp., and Director of Investor Relations for IAMGOLD Corp. Ms. Brown was also an investor relations consultant for several junior exploration companies, partner of a boutique investment banking firm and a professional engineer in the mining industry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Curtin University in Australia and has completed the Chartered Business Valuator course at York University.

Mr. Salamis has over 30 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. Mr. Salamis has been involved in over $1.4 billion of M&A transactions, either through asset sales or his involvement with junior mining companies. Mr. Salamis was most recently Executive Chairman of Integra Gold Corp. which was sold to Eldorado Gold for C$590 million. Mr. Salamis co-led the efforts behind the 2016 Integra Gold Rush Challenge and the 2017 #DisruptMining initiatives that encouraged innovation and technology disruption in the mining industry. Mr. Salamis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from University of Montreal — École Polytechnique. Mr. Salamis has discovered, financed, built, managed or sold more than 5 major minerals deposits around the World. He began his career working for two major mining companies over a 12-year period before transitioning into mineral exploration in 2001.

Mr. Hamelin has 30 years in mining project management acquired mainly in the Sudbury and Abitibi camps. Mr. Hamelin holds a Mining Engineering Degree from Polytechnique Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and Professional Engineers of Ontario. In 2010, Mr. Hamelin joined Metanor Resources as the general manager of Bachelor Mine and moved up to VP, Operations and eventually president and COO until it was acquired by Bonterra in September 2018 when Bonterra acquired Metanor and he became VP, Operations for Bonterra. Mr. Hamelin, was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in June 2020.

Mr. Cole has over 30 years of industry experience, coming to EMX from Newmont Mining Corporation. At Newmont, he held a number of management and senior geologic positions, gaining extensive global experience as a project, mine, and generative exploration geologist in Nevada, Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, and Central Asia. Mr. Cole’s success as part of Newmont’s exploration team includes contributions at the world class Carlin Trend, Yanacocha, and Minahasa mines. Subsequently, he established and managed Newmont’s exploration programs in Turkey while also identifying early-stage acquisition targets in Eastern Europe. Mr. Cole specializes in developing new exploration ideas and opportunities, based upon solid technical expertise coupled with a keen business sense. He studied under Dr. Tommy Thompson at Colorado State University, earning an M.S. in Geology.

Mr. Nauman brings over 35 years of diversified experience in the mineral industry, ranging from exploration and business development to operations and business management in the precious metals, base metals and coal sectors. Mr. Nauman is also currently the CEO of Asset Liability Management Group, and was General Manager of Kennecott Minerals from 1993-1998 and the President and CEO of Viceroy Resource Corporation from 1998-2002. Mr. Nauman holds a B.Sc. in geology.

Mr. Marchese has over 25 years' experience in the mining sector. Having spent the majority of his career with Anglo American, he held progressive positions including that of Country Manager, Senior Advisor to the CEO and General Manager of the Quellaveco and Michiquillay Projects in Peru. Quellaveco is a Copper porphyry project currently under construction.

Mr. Marchese's earlier operating experience includes service with Anglo American's Mantoverde and Mantos Blancos copper mines in Chile as well as Hudbay Mining & Smelting in Canada. Recently, he was a Director to Compañía Minera San Ignacio de Morococha S.A. and an Alternate Director to Compañía Minera Poderosa S.A.

He has served as President of Peru's Society of Mining, Oil and Energy (SNMPE) from 2017 to 2019. He is currently Director of CONFIEP and member of Advisory bodies for different industry and academy organizations.

Mr. Marchese holds a Master of Science degree in Mineral Economics from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica in Peru. He has completed an AMP from GIBS - University of Pretoria, and an ASMP delivered jointly by the University of Cambridge and the University of Queensland.

Dr. Mark Cruise is an exploration and mining professional with more than 25-years global experience having discovered, developed, funded and operated mines in Europe, South America, Canada and Africa. Mark has held a variety of professional and executive positions in the industry, including co-founding various TSX-V / TSX listed base and precious metal exploration, development and production companies.

Michael is co-founder and Partner of Inventa Capital Corp., a private natural resource investment company based in Vancouver, BC. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Cobalt One Energy Corp. which was acquired by Blackstone Minerals Ltd. (ASX-BSX) in 2017. Michael has nearly a decade of experience in the natural resources industry, specifically in executing successful corporate strategies for mineral exploration companies. Michael started his career with Pretium Resources Inc. (TSX-PVG) shortly after their $265M IPO. Following that, he spent three years with Riverside Resources Inc. (TSXV-RRI). Michael holds a BComm. from Royal Roads University and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Wright adds significant depth to the board with over 28 years in the investment industry. He is currently the Founding Partner, President & Director of Windermere Capital (Canada) Inc, an investment firm and portfolio adviser to two private investment funds - the Navigator Fund and the Breakaway Strategic Resource Fund that are both significant shareholders of Defiance. Prior to Windermere, Mr. Wright held senior positions with RBC Dominion Securities and Solium Capital.Since 2002, he has worked with leading hedge funds and managers throughout North America to develop proprietary and customized investment solutions for institutional and high net worth investors. Mr. Wright is a Registered Portfolio Manager and a graduate of Bishop's University.

Mr. Crowe has over 30 years’ experience in the exploration and mining sector. This includes precious and base metal projects throughout North and South America, Asia and Africa. Mr. Crowe has worked with major, junior level and development stage mining companies.
From 2002 until late 2015, Mr. Crowe was President and CEO of Entrée Gold Inc. He transformed Entrée from an early stage exploration play to an advanced development-mining project in joint-venture with Rio Tinto and its partner company, Turquoise Hill Resources. Over $12 billion has been slated towards production at Oyu Tolgoi, including Entrée’s JV project. In connection with the development of Entrée, Mr. Crowe played a key role in raising over $200 million, acquiring an Australian junior company for the procurement of a large copper project in Nevada and completing several other acquisitions and transactions.

Mr. Panneton is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and development in the gold mining industry. During his career, he has played a key role in the discovery and advancement of several gold deposits worldwide. He joined Gold Terra in October 2019.

Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years. Today, the Detour Lake mine ranks as one of the largest gold mines in Canada. Mr. Panneton raised approximately $2.6 billion in capital while at Detour Gold. Mr. Panneton and his Detour Gold team were the recipients of the PDAC 2011 Bill Dennis Award for Canadian mineral discoveries and prospecting success of the year.

Sean Thompson is currently the VP Corporate Development & IR for Westhaven Gold Corp. and has over 12 years experience in the mining industry. Previously he acted as the Director Investor Relations for Atlantic Gold Corporation, up until the acquisition of Atlantic by St Barbara Ltd. Mr. Thompson was responsible for managing the investor relations program at Atlantic from his appointment in 2016 to the closing of the transaction with St Barbara Ltd. Atlantic won Best IR by a TSX Venture-listed company for the IR Magazine Awards ? Canada 2018, as voted by the investment community. Prior to Atlantic, Mr. Thompson acted as the Investor Relations Manager for Kaminak Gold Corporation, up until the acquisition of Kaminak by Goldcorp. Mr. Thompson earned his MBA from Dalhousie University.

Mr. Hornor is an executive leader with a proven track record in legal, financial and business development arenas. He has extensive expertise in structuring and negotiating complex strategic partnerships and raising capital within the Ivanhoe group of companies for over 10 years. Mr. Hornor previously served as Managing Director for Ivanhoe Capital Corporation and Vice President and then Executive Vice President for Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. for 10 years. During his time at Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., he negotiated project financings for development projects with international banking syndicates, structured strategic alliances and directly negotiated equity capital raises totalling more than $450 million. After arranging a $290 million strategic financing from a Japanese consortium (lead by Itochu Corporation) to fund the Platreef project's early exploration and development, Mr. Hornor sat as Chairman for Ivanplats Holding SARL (owner of the Platreef project) for over four years.

Luke Alexander joined Newcore Gold as President, CEO & Director in May 2020. He brings extensive resource sector experience, knowledge and contacts to Newcore, particularly in West Africa. He has raised billions of dollars and structured deals for major mining companies while advising some of the world’s top institutional investment funds. Mr. Alexander began his investment banking career in the private client group at BMO Nesbitt Burns in Toronto, then started up an equity trading desk for Toronto Dominion in London before doing the same for National Bank. In 2008, he became senior partner at GMP Securities in London. Throughout his investment banking career, he helped fund many major resource projects in West Africa. In 2018, Mr. Alexander founded Park Road Capital, a Vancouver-based, natural resource focused consulting company where he continued to leverage his relationships in London.

Mr. Lee was appointed to the role of President & CEO of Northisle in October 2020. Over the past 20 years Mr. Lee has advised on some of the most prominent M&A, equity, and debt transactions in the international and Canadian global mining industry totalling over $100 billion in value. During this period, he has worked in major resource markets including Toronto, Sydney, and Vancouver where he led various strategic initiatives for CIBC World Markets. Most recently he was Managing Director and head of CIBC’s Vancouver Mining Group. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Faculty of Engineering, from the University of Toronto, was a graduate of the Lassonde Mineral Engineering program, and is a CFA charter holder.

A former Executive General Manager of Barrick Gold’s Lumwana Copper Mine in Zambia, Mr Ash is an experienced American Mining Engineer and modernizing leader, with a proven track record of building and leading teams capable of optimizing and enhancing the operating efficiency, profitability and sustainability of mining operations in complex and challenging environments.

During his tenure at Lumwana Mr. Ash Delivered over $100M in sustainable free cash flow improvements, achieved 50% improvement in safety performance, executed a training and development program achieving 96% local workforce, and progressed expansion plans that doubled the value of mine.

Ewan Downie is an accomplished company builder and entrepreneur with more 25 years experience in the mining sector. Mr. Downie served as founder, President & CEO of Premier and prior to this, founder President & CEO of Wolfden Resources Inc. Both companies enjoyed significant value appreciation following inception resulting in both being acquired with spinout vehicles to the benefit of shareholders. In his extensive career Mr. Downie has participated in several gold and base metal discoveries and has been awarded accolades to reflect this success including the 2003 recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Bill Dennis Prospector of The Year and several Exploration, and Development acknowledgements from the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association.

Mr. Sean Roosen is the Executive Chair of Osisko Gold Royalties. Mr. Roosen was a founding member of Osisko Mining Corporation (2003) and of EurAsia Holding AG, a European venture capital fund.
Mr. Roosen has over 30 years of progressive experience in the mining industry. As founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Osisko Mining Corporation, he was responsible for developing the strategic plan for the discovery, financing and development of the Canadian Malartic mine. He also led the efforts for the maximization of shareholders’ value in the sale of Osisko Mining Corporation, which resulted in the creation of Osisko Royalties. Mr. Roosen is an active participant in the resource sector and in the formation of new companies to explore for mineral deposits both in Canada and internationally.
In 2017, Mr. Roosen received an award from Mines and Money Americas for best Chief Executive Officer in North America and was, in addition, named in the “Top 20 Most Influential Individuals in Global Mining”. In prior years, he has been recognized by several organizations for his entrepreneurial successes and his leadership in innovative sustainability practices. Mr. Roosen is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines.
Mr. Roosen serves on the board of directors of Osisko Mining and Victoria Gold Corp. as a representative of Osisko Royalties.

Mr. Simpson is a mining executive with over 23 years of experience in operations leadership, mining engineering and project construction. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Torex Gold Resources (Torex) where, over his nearly 6-year tenure, he oversaw the successful construction and operation of the ELG Mine in Mexico. Prior to Torex, Mr. Simpson spent 11 years at Vale in various roles of increasing responsibility ending his tenure as General Manager of the Labrador Operations (Voisey's Bay) in 2013. Mr. Simpson also worked at McIntosh Redpath Engineering on mining studies for companies including Barrick, Freeport McMoran, CVRD, Rio Tinto and Falconbridge, among others, where he gained global multi-commodity experience and perspective. Mr. Simpson holds dual degrees in Mining Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and in Physics from Dalhousie University.

Mr. Middlemiss, P.Eng, is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. Prior to joining Wesdome, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. ("SAS") until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. in January 2016. Mr. Middlemiss joined SAS in July 2008 as General Manager and Vice President Operations, later assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. He earned a B. Sc. in mining engineering at Queen's University in 1989 and worked for Inco Limited (now Vale Canada Limited) as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. At that time, he joined Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. In 2002 he joined Foxpoint Resources (now Kirkland Lake Gold Inc.) where he was instrumental in overseeing the rehabilitation, development, and commencement of production at the Macassa Mine beginning as Engineering & Production Manager, and later as Mine Manager. Mr. Middlemiss is a native of Kirkland Lake, Ontario and has extensive experience in the mining of gold deposits in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.

Michael Holmes was appointed President and Chief Executive officer of OceanaGold in April 2020.

An accomplished mining engineer with more than 30 years' experience working in Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines, and North and South America, he brings to the role extensive operational experience in underground and open pit gold, copper, lead, zinc and nickel mines.

Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer for OceanaGold, Mr. Holmes was integral in leading responsible open pit and underground mining and processing of gold. Prior to this, he was General Manager of the Minderal Alumbrera Operations in Argentina (Xstrate Copper), responsible for the large open pit, processing, transport, and port facilities and for the management of the feasibility study for the Agua Rica Project.

Prior to this he held several senior mine management positions in Australia, including General Manager of the Mount Isa Copper Operations (Xstrate Copper) where he oversaw operations at the large-scale underground mine and concentrator.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) Degree from the University of Queensland and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.

Mr. Adams has been the President and CEO of New Gold Inc. since 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams’ time at Richmont Mines, production at the company’s principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was the Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2007 to 2011 as the General Manager of the Rosebel mine in Suriname and then the Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams is also a director of GT Gold Corp and non-executive Chairman of Board of Directors at Omai Gold Mines. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Jody Kuzenko was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in October 2018. She is a senior mining executive with over 20 years of operational and business experience, mainly acquired at Vale (formerly Inco). After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Jody moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. She has a proven record of execution and leadership many areas of mining operations including refining, strategy, safety, health and environment, energy and utilities, and community, labour and government relations.

Jody holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University. She is a founding Advisory Board member of the Centre for Research in Occupational Safety and Health (CROSH) at Laurentian University and serves as a Director of Torex Gold. Previous Board experience includes the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, Association of Major Power Consumers of Ontario and Industrial Gas Users Association, Canada. In 2020, she was named one of the ‘Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ by Women in Mining UK as well as one of the ‘2020 Names to Know’ by CIM Magazine.

David Rae is a seasoned international mining and smelting executive with extensive experience in Africa, Canada and Europe. He has held senior executive and operational roles in international mining companies including Falconbridge and Xstrata. David is a collaborative leader with a reputation of building high performing teams to optimize current assets allowing the business to focus on growth and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England.

Mr. Rae joined DPM in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Operations and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In May 2020, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Of

Mr. Wray was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective May 1, 2019 and a Director of the Company October 2, 2018. Previously, Mr. Wray was the Chief Executive Officer of the La Mancha Group, one of the largest direct investors in the gold mining sector. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Acacia Mining Plc, a UK listed company and one of the largest African gold producers. He also has significant experience advising companies in capital-raising activities and other strategic objectives in a range of sectors, including mining, from his time in the Corporate Finance team at JP Morgan Cazenove. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and spent several years at the Kuwait Investment Office in London dealing with its portfolio of investments in Spain. He holds an Honours Degree from University College London as well as postgraduate studies in Finance and Investment from South Bank University Business School.

Since co-founding Sandstorm Gold in 2008, Nolan Watson has led the company’s transformation from a small startup into a diversified royalty company with a billion-dollar market capitalization. Prior to co-founding Sandstorm, Nolan was Chief Financial Officer of Silver Wheaton Corp. (now Wheaton Precious Metals Corp.) where he gained the experience that he needed to make Sandstorm a reality and a success. During his time there, Nolan developed the silver streaming business model and helped raise more than US$1 billion in debt and equity to fund the company’s growth.

Nolan is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (Valedictorian). He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honours, from the University of British Columbia.

Nolan’s professional and charitable achievements are not without their honours either. He was named the EY Entrepreneur of the Year, recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40, awarded CEO of the Year by Business in Vancouver, and received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal. In 2014, Nolan was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is also the President of Nations Cry, a charity focused on education-based development in Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Vincent Metcalfe is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in the metals and mining sector. Prior to his current role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, he held a number of officer and senior executive roles with Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange listed resource companies.

As an executive, he helped several companies advance and develop mining projects. He has extensive shareholder relations knowledge and proven experience in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and financial engineering. Prior to his executive roles, he advised resource clients with a focus on precious metals, base metals, and bulk commodities, in both mergers & acquisitions advisory and financing at large Canadian investment banks for nearly 10 years. Mr. Metcalfe holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from HEC Montr?al.

John McConnell's +40 years of mining experience is mostly in Canada?s northern territories. Previously, he was President & CEO of Western Keltic Mines until it was acquired by Sherwood Copper; VP, NWT Projects for De Beers Canada primarily responsible for permitting and development of the Snap Lake Diamond Mine; Breakwater Resources Ltd in operations at the Nanisivik Zinc & Lead Mine on Baffin Island; and Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd.

A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, with a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering John is also a Director of Lahontan Gold Corp and Abacus Mining & Exploration Corp.

Mr. Dorward has over 20 years of experience in the mining and finance industries and most recently served as Vice President, Business Development at Fronteer Gold Inc. He was an integral part of the team that sold the large Michelin uranium deposit, acquired AuEX Ventures Inc., and successfully advanced Fronteer Gold's properties prior to the Company's sale to Newmont Mining Corp. for $2.3 billion in 2011. Prior to his role at Fronteer Gold, Mr. Dorward was the Chief Financial Officer of Mineral Deposits Ltd. from 2006 to 2009, where he was responsible for financing the construction of the Sabodala Gold Project in Senegal, West Africa. Prior to that, Mr. Dorward was the Chief Financial Officer at Leviathan Resources Ltd., an ASX-listed gold producer, before its acquisition in 2006. He was a non-executive director of Pilot Gold Inc. from 2011 to 2015 and is currently a non-executive director of Navarre Minerals Ltd., an ASX-listed explorer, and Contact Gold.

Mr. Langille was the co-founder of both Gammon Gold Inc. and Mexgold Resources Inc. and served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of both companies. Mr. Langille successfully developed both company's projects from grass roots to commercial production in Mexico, raising in excess of $500 million for the development and construction of both mines. Mr. Langille was an integral part of the growth and success of Gammon Gold Inc., and Mexgold Resources Inc.. Mr. Langille directed the growth and development of the Ocampo mine and the El Cubo mine from 1999 through 2007. Mr. Langille was Strategic Advisor for Nayarit Gold Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and with his guidance developed the Orion Project from initial stages through scoping study and was instrumental in the company being acquired by Capital Gold in 2010.

Mr. Dougherty is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Argonaut Gold Inc. He served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Meridian Gold Inc. (“Meridian”) from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Dougherty has also served as: Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Meridian from 1997 to 2002; IBS Financial Manager of FMC Chemicals Group from 1994 to 1997; Group Financial Analyst of FMC Chemicals Group from 1993 to 1994 and the Controller of Paradise Peak Mine, FMC Gold from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Dougherty holds a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Oregon State College and an M.B.A. from Drexel University.

Greg McCunn has over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry. On April 1, 2019 he was appointed Director and CEO of Asanko. Most recently he was CEO of Alio Gold, a junior gold mining company with operations in Mexico and Nevada. Prior to joining Alio Gold, Greg was CFO at Asanko from 2011 to 2017, during which time the Company financed the construction of the Asanko Gold Mine, executed the first phase of construction, completed commissioning and achieved commercial production. Greg was also CFO for Farallon Mining until it was sold to Nyrstar in early 2011. Mr. McCunn’s background includes technical, operational and corporate development roles with Teck Resources, Placer Dome and junior mining companies in Canada and Australia. He is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Hanneman was appointed Chief Executive Officer on February 1, 2017 and was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for the Company. Mr. Hanneman has been with the Company since May 2010, during which time he was responsible for assembling the Alaska team and served as the Livengood Gold Project Manager.

Mr. Hanneman has more than 30 years of Alaska-based mining industry experience including 12 years for Teck where he served as Alaska Regional Manager throughout the period of underground exploration, feasibility study, project design, and permitting at Pogo and then as Director, Corporate Affairs, Alaska for Teck, serving as the senior corporate representative in Alaska supporting both the Red Dog and Pogo Mines.

Mr. Hanneman has led or participated in a number of industry and State of Alaska sponsored organizations, including: Alaska Minerals Commission, Council of Alaska Producers, Resource Development Council and the Alaska Miners Association and Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hanneman serves as a director of Usibelli Coal Mine, Inc., a private company with an operating coal mine in Alaska, and Northrim BanCorp, Inc., a public bank holding company engaged in commercial banking in Alaska. Mr. Hanneman has a B.S. Degree in Mining Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Alaska.

Andrew Gubbels has extensive experience in the execution of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in the mining sector across a wide range of jurisdictions. Prior to joining Aris Gold in 2020, Mr. Gubbels was Head of Investment Management Americas at Eurasian Resources Group, a global diversified mining company. Previously, Mr. Gubbels advised international mining companies as Head of Americas Metals and Mining investment banking at UBS Investment Bank and, prior to that, as an executive in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at CIBC World Markets. Mr. Gubbels holds a Master of Finance from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Mr. Everett is a geologist with more than 14 years of surface and underground exploration experience with senior mining companies. He moved to the financial sector in 1990, and spent 12 years with BMO Nesbitt Burns focused on resource equities, and seven years with PI Financial Corp. in senior resource institutional sales and capital markets. From 2008 to 2015, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Axemen Resource Capital. Mr. Everett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic Geology from the University New Brunswick.

Mr. Timmins brings over 20 years of experience as a mining executive from his work with a number of companies, including Agnico Eagle Mines and Placer Dome. Mr. Timmins was Vice President of Corporate Development at Agnico, where he played a key role in the development of the Kittila mine in northern Finland and in the acquisition of Osisko Mining for C$3.9 billion. He has degrees from Queen’s University (EMBA), the University of British Columbia (M. Sc. Metallurgy) and Bishop’s University (B.Sc.). Mr. Timmins also serves as a Director and Audit Committee member for Excellon Resources.

Mr. Coles has served as CEO and President for several Toronto Venture Stock Exchange listed junior mining exploration and development companies, throughout the past seven years. Mr. Coles entered the mining business as part of an effort to develop a mineral resource discovered on family farmland in Virginia. He was previously an analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, from 2005 through to 2007. Prior to that Mr. Coles worked for UBS Investment Bank in New York as a Senior Research Analyst in the bank’s High Yield Group. Mr. Coles started at UBS Investment Bank in 1999 as an Associate reporting to the bank’s Global Head of Fixed Income Strategy. Mr. Coles holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Matt was appointed President and CEO of Marathon Gold in August 2019. He has over 25 years in mining exploration, project development, construction, and operation. Matt was previously the President and CEO of Stornoway Diamond Corporation where he led the C$947M project financing for the Renard Diamond Mine in north-central Quebec and oversaw its successful construction and ramp-up. Prior to Stornoway (and its predecessor companies), Matt was employed by Aber Diamond Corporation (now Dominion Diamond Corporation) as Vice-President, Marketing, and thereafter Vice-President, Technical Services and Control, during which time he participated in the US$230m project financing for the Diavik Diamond Mine and oversaw Aber’s technical and marketing operations. In 2015, Matt was awarded the Viola Macmillan Award by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and in 2017 he was the Northern Miner Mining Person of the Year and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Mining and Energy, Quebec), Matt is also a director of Fiore Gold (TSXV:F) and AmAuCu Inc. (a private corporation), and a graduate of the University of Edinburgh (B.Sc. Geophysics, 1987) and the University of Toronto (Ph.D. Geology, 1996).

Frederick H. Earnest has served as director since 2007 and was appointed CEO of the Company in January 2012. He served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007-2012 and as Senior Vice President, Project Development from 2006-2007. He served as a director of Midas Gold Corp. from April 2011 – May 2014. Mr. Earnest has over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry, including President of Pacific Rim El Salvador, and previously as General Manager and Legal Representative for Compania Minera Dayton in Chile. He holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Dan Wilton has 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was most recently a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management. Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan’s previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc., Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England, and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Providence Health Care in Vancouver, Canada. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.

Doug Ramshaw is a senior executive and corporate director with more than 20 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. His work has focused on mineral project evaluation, M&A and business development strategies supporting corporate growth.

Mr. Ramshaw previously worked as a mining analyst for an independent brokerage firm in London, UK and has served in various executive capacities for a number of publicly listed junior resource companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines.

President, CEO and Director
Mr. Black lives in Lima, Peru and has 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. Mr. Black holds a BSc in Mining Engineering from the University of South Australia and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Prior to moving to Peru in 2000, Mr. Black was the founder and Managing Director of international mining consulting services group Global Mining Services from 1994 to 2000. In 1996, Mr. Black also founded and was Chairman of OFEX listed AGR Limited with exploration projects in Ghana and Mongolia. In 2002, Mr. Black took control of Chariot Resources Limited as a listed TSXV shell and played a key role in the acquisition of the Mina Justa Copper Project and formation of the Korean joint venture with Chariot Resources. Upon his resignation as Chairman & Executive VP of Chariot Resources in 2006, Mr. Black founded the Peruvian registered Rio Alto S.A.C.

In 2009 after successfully negotiating the acquisition of the La Arena Gold Project from Iamgold Corp, Rio Alto was acquired by Mexican Silver Mines and renamed Rio Alto Mining Limited. In 2014, Rio Alto also completed the successful acquisition of Sulliden Gold and the Shahuindo Gold Project for C$300M. Mr. Black, as President & CEO of Rio Alto Mining Limited and his experienced management team built Rio Alto from a C$12M company in 2009 to a C$1.2Bn company in 2015 at the time of the acquisition by Tahoe Resources Inc.

Mark joined Caledonia in July 2018. Prior to this , he was a Division Director of Investment Banking at Macquarie First South in South Africa, and has over 17 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector in Africa.
He graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant.

Frederick co-founded Elemental Royalties in 2016 following his role as Managing Director of a listed gold exploration company, Goldcrest Resources plc, where he assembled a portfolio of gold licences in northeast Ghana to take to AIM. He has wide experience in the mining industry, including as General Manager of an ASX-listed uranium company from the age of 25. Frederick received the ‘Young Rising Star’ Award at Mines & Money 2018, read history at the University of Edinburgh and is on the Committee of Young Mining Professionals in London.

Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. He has taken London Stock Exchange and other finance exams and has a Diploma in Company Strategy. He joined Condor’s Board in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the 11 concessions that comprise La India Project, overseen 65,000m drilling, PFS studies, engineering studies, land acquisiton and fully permitted the mine. He has raised US$65M and developed the Project into what it is today.

Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets. At board level Mr. Child has been an executive director of Hong Kong listed Regent Pacific Group, an emerging market fund manager and private equity group, which spun off Charlemagne Capital Limited. He has board level experience of AIM listed and private companies.

Mr. Adam Lundin has many years of experience in capital markets and public company management across the natural resources sector. His background includes oil & gas and mining technology, investment advisory, international finance and executive management. He began his career working for several Lundin Group mining companies in various countries before moving into finance where he specialized in institutional equity sales, ultimately becoming co-head of the London office for an international securities firm. In addition to serving as President, CEO and a Director of Josemaria, Mr. Lundin is the Chairman of Filo Mining Corp. and Africa Energy Corp., and a Director of NGEx Minerals Ltd., and the Lundin Foundation.

Mr. Beck has more than 15 years of international project management and corporate development experience in the mining industry. He was recently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Filo Mining after serving as the President of the company since 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Beck served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Projects of Filo Mining and Josemaria Resources Inc. (formerly NGEx Resources Inc.). Before joining Filo Mining, Mr. Beck worked in corporate development with Lundin Mining, with a focus on project development, corporate strategy, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. Mr. Beck joined the Lundin Group of Companies in 2009 and has worked with many of the mining companies in the group. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Wolfin brings 30 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist’s assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist’s assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry.

Since 1990, Mr. Wolfin has worked for the Oniva Group of Resource companies, including Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director). In his various roles with these firms, he has helped raise over C$100 million.

Dr. West-Sells has over 20 years' experience in the mining industry. After obtaining his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia in Metallurgical Engineering, he worked with BHP, Placer Dome, and Barrick in increasingly senior roles in Research and Development and Project Development. Since 2006, Dr. West-Sells has worked for Western Copper, holding a number of technical and executive positions. Currently, as the President and CEO of Western Copper and Gold, Dr. West-Sells oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Dr. West-Sells currently sits on the Yukon Minerals Advisory Board and the Centre for Northern Innovation in Mining Governing Council.

CHRIS DONALDSON, Director of Corporate Development
Mr. Donaldson is an experienced corporate development executive with a 25 year track record of raising funds and building out new investment channels for both public and private companies. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario, has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Investor Relations program at Ivey Business School. Chris is the founding director of the Society of Investor Relations in Mining (SIREM), has been active with the boards of the Yukon Chamber of Commerce and the Yukon Chamber of Mines served for many years as a Director of the Pacific Salmon Foundation.

Dr. Quinton Hennigh was appointed as Technical Advisor for the Tuvatu Gold Project March 2019. Dr. Hennigh is an internationally-renown economic geologist, with over 25 years of exploration experience and expertise with major gold mining companies such as Homestake Mining Company, Newcrest Mining Limited, and Newmont Mining Corporation where he last served as senior research geologist in 2007. He has since made a number of significant gold discoveries for Canadian exploration companies such as the 5 million oz. Springpole alkaline gold deposit near Red Lake, Ontario, for Gold Canyon Resources, and the Rattlesnake Hills gold project for Evolving Gold. He is currently Chairman and President of Novo Resources Corporation, which he helped start in 2010.

Dr. Hennigh holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri, and M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in geology and geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists, the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America and the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Prior to joining KORE Mining, Mr. Trebilcock most recently was Chief Development Officer of Nevsun Resources, responsible for strategy, corporate development, investor relations and exploration. Nevsun sold to Zijin Mining for $1.9 billion after a year-long contested defense process led by Mr. Trebilcock. Mr. Trebilcock also drove M&A at Nevsun, including the 2016 acquisition of Reservoir Minerals, and led Nevsun’s investor relations program for almost a decade. Mr. Trebilcock holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Director.

Mr. Drover has more than 40 years of both domestic and international experience in operations, project development, management and process re-engineering, with both developing and producing companies.

Mr. Drover was the Chief Operating Officer of Glencairn Gold Corporation, responsible for two gold mining operations located in Latin America. Prior to joining Glencairn, he was the Vice President of Operations for Kinross Gold Corporation, overseeing six operating mines located in various parts of the World. He has considerable experience in turning around challenging projects and has worked in operations located in Canada, Russia, Peru, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the USA.

During his career, Mr. Drover also worked for Oracle Mining, Black Hawk Mining, Lac Minerals, BP Canada Resources, Noranda Mining, Dome Mines and The Iron Ore Company of Canada.

James McDonald, P.Geo is the President and CEO of Kootenay Silver Inc. Since 1988 he has been involved in forming start up exploration companies. He co-founded and successfully developed National Gold which bought the Mulatos gold deposit and merged with Alamos Minerals to form Alamos Gold, for which he was a Director and served on numerous committees until June 2012. Mr. McDonald served as President of Genco Resources for 2 years whilst it operated the La Guitarra Mine, an underground silver-gold mine located in the Temescaltepec Mining District in Mexico state. Mr. McDonald, P. Geo., is the company's qualified person under National Instrument 43-101.

Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Paramount, Ms. Goldman spent 20 years in capital markets with Canadian based boutique and bank owned firms, and most recently as Managing Director Institutional Equity Sales for Desjardins Securities. Over those years she developed strong working relationships with institutional investors throughout Canada, the US and the UK, and helped to connect numerous public companies to key investment decision makers and improve their market profile. Ms. Goldman holds Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from Concordia University.

Mr. Agro is the President & CEO of Revival Gold Inc., a growth focused gold exploration and development company. Prior to Revival Gold, Mr. Agro co-founded Carbon Arc Capital Investments Inc., a private-equity backed investor in mining and metals, and served as Executive Vice President, Strategic Development with Kinross Gold Corporation. At Kinross, Mr. Agro was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for strategic and operational leadership of Kinross’ growth initiatives including corporate development, global exploration and commercial activities in Russia. Previously, Mr. Agro held senior executive positions with Placer Dome, Senator Capital Partners and in investment banking with Deutsche Bank’s Global Metals and Mining Group. Mr. Agro has served on the Board and Audit Committees of Victoria Gold Corp., Chantrell Ventures and Americas Silver Corp. Additionally, Mr. Agro has served as a Director, Chairman and Interim CEO of Strata Minerals and currently serves as a Director of Fort Berens Estate Winery Ltd., an award-winning winery located in British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Agro holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University (1989) and MBA Finance from UBC & London Business School (1997).
